The PAC is a 26,000 SF facility housing a band practice room and drama studios, an auditorium for 1000 people including a a stage, and related support spaces. The PAC is constructed of long span open web steel joists, bearing on engineering concrete masonry. The exterior is clad with bricks and plaster. The auditorium can be subdivided into three seating area by means of large motor diven acoustical doors. The canopy over the lobby and entrance can be developed into a series of administrative office spaces if needed.
